I was introduced to Rhesa by my mortgage officer. She was a part of my journey looking for a home. In a 1-and-a-half-year search. We looked at multiple homes together; some were fantastic, and others needed more work. When we were close to buying a home for the first time. Her quick thinking saved us from a situation. Where her reference showed several key issues that would have added thousands of dollars of repairs to the proposed mortgage. We eventually found our property, and it was everything we were looking for in a home. A modernized setup, in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. I cannot speak enough of her kindness to us. She treated us like family and even called late into the night to secure our residence with the seller’s agent. She gets my highest recommendation for anyone looking for a trusted realtor. When she works for you, she does her absolute best to ensure that your needs are met and realistic expectations of what to expect in a potential situation. Along with making everything easy to understand, and giving you updates about the situation. Cheryl was always there to help me understand the process. i had several addendums due to some pricing adjustments because of additional work that had to be completed before closing. Very caring and understanding when I had a lot of questions. i would definitely recommend her to anyone.

Erin went above and beyond for the sale of our house. She had to also do some of the work of the buyers agent, as they were not doing it. It was very stressful and she held in there with us to get things done. She returned all our calls very promptly. We really recommend her to anyone wanting to sell or buy a home.

These girls are phenomenal! They guided my husband and I through the selling process with ease. Their guidance in staging the house and pictures were top notch. And might I say, once our house went live on their site, in four, yes four!, hours our house was sold.

When I first met with Mark to discuss the selling of my home I felt immediately comfortable with his knowledge and expertise in this task. There wasn't a question too simple or difficult that he couldn't answer. He was spot on with the asking price and the open houses where we were ask to be out of town. He was always available with any questions we had and made this such a smooth experience. Mark's guidance and help to resolve some emergencies we had before going on the market were quick and calmly resolved.

John made the process so much easier. I wanted a sewer line inspection done and the company I hired never showed up. He found someone to come out immediately and conducted the inspection on my behalf. Found a local mowing service and had a list of contacts for other jobs. Highly recommend him!
